Because our formulas incorporate natural raw ingredients, it is entirely normal for the color of the liquid to shift or deepen over time. This natural maturation process does not affect the safety or quality of your fragrance—it is simply a sign of the ingredients continuing to evolve inside the bottle.

Select launch items or upcoming releases may initially be available on a Pre-Order basis, with estimated dispatch dates clearly noted on the product page. For standard orders, please allow up to 7 business days for processing prior to dispatch. Local Hong Kong delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after courier handoff.
Due to hygiene standards and the personal nature of fragrance, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your package arrives damaged or defective in transit, please submit a request through our Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and box, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
Yes. Every order is prepared ready-to-present with our signature wrapping. At checkout, you can leave a custom gift note in the order instructions, and we will happily write your message by hand on a card inside the package—no price receipts included.

Fragrance interacts uniquely with every body and environment. As a gentle rule of thumb:
• Perform a quick patch test on your inner wrist if you have sensitive skin, or consult your physician if you are pregnant or nursing.
• Never apply perfume directly onto animals or spray it nearby, as pets have delicate respiratory systems and heightened senses of smell.
